Andrea Pinamonti Linked with Hull City Transfer, Initial Offer Rejected
Sassuolo has reportedly rejected an offer from Hull City for their striker, Andrea Pinamonti. While the initial proposal was deemed insufficient, Italian media suggests that a bid of €10 million might be enough to facilitate the transfer.
The 27-year-old forward is entering the final months of his contract with Sassuolo, making this transfer window a crucial opportunity for the club to secure a fee rather than lose him as a free agent. Tuttomercatoweb reports that Sassuolo's asking price stands at €15 million, but an agreement could potentially be reached for a more modest €10 million.
Pinamonti Reportedly Seeking Sassuolo Exit
Hull City has emerged as the most proactive club in their pursuit of Pinamonti, but their opening offer was reportedly not enough, according to Modena Sportiva. The Italian striker has also attracted interest from Serie A clubs such as Fiorentina, Roma, and Lazio, following his decision not to renew his contract.
A former product of the Inter youth system, Pinamonti has previously played for Frosinone, Genoa, and Empoli before his €20 million transfer to Sassuolo in 2023. Last season, he contributed nine goals and four assists in 36 Serie A appearances for Sassuolo.
In recent times, Leeds United and West Ham United have also shown interest in the player.
