Juventus has officially completed the loan of Vasilije Adzic to Sassuolo, a move that includes a €12 million purchase option for Sassuolo. Crucially, Juventus has secured a buy-back option to potentially bring the player back into their fold.

As a publicly traded company, Juventus is required to disclose precise financial details for all player transfers. This ensures transparency in their financial reporting.

Adzic's Move to Sassuolo: Key Details

It has been confirmed that Sassuolo has paid €0.5 million to secure Adzic's services on loan for the 2026-27 season.

Sassuolo also possesses the option to make the transfer permanent for €12 million. This sum would be payable in four installments, and Adzic would sign a contract with Sassuolo until June 2031.

However, Juventus has inserted a buy-back clause into the agreement. This clause allows Juventus to re-sign Adzic for €1.7 million at the conclusion of the current season.

The Montenegro international, who turned 20 in May, joined Juventus from Buducnost Podgorica in the summer of 2024 for an initial fee of €7.2 million, with additional add-ons possible.

During his time with the senior Juventus squad, Adzic made 26 appearances and scored one goal. He also contributed with four goals and two assists in just 10 games for the Juventus Next Gen team.
