EuroCup 2026-2027 Season Schedule Revealed
Similar to the EuroLeague, the EuroCup has released its full schedule for the 2026-2027 season. The competition will feature a new format, guaranteeing a total of 224 regular-season games. The regular season is set to run from Tuesday, September 29, 2026, to Wednesday, January 13, 2027, followed by up to 45 additional playoff games.
Thirty-two teams will compete, divided into four groups of eight. These teams will face each other in a round-robin format before advancing to the playoffs. The playoffs will consist of the Round of 16 (from Tuesday, February 2 to Friday, February 12), the quarterfinals (from Tuesday, March 9 to Friday, March 19), the semifinals (from Wednesday, March 31 to Friday, April 9), and the finals (from Wednesday, April 21 to Friday, April 30). Each playoff series will be decided by the best of three games.
The 2026-2027 EuroCup Grand Final will feature Game 1 on Wednesday, April 21, Game 2 on Tuesday, April 27, and, if necessary, Game 3 on Friday, April 30.
Strong Start for Betclic Elite Clubs
This season, three French Betclic Elite clubs will participate. The defending champions, JL Bourg, will open their campaign with an away game against Naples on Wednesday, September 30, at 8 PM. Le Mans Sarthe Basket will kick off the proceedings against Aris Thessaloniki on Tuesday, September 29, at 8 PM. AS Monaco, assuming their return to Betclic Elite is confirmed, will begin on the road against Lietkabelis on Wednesday, September 30, at 7:30 PM.
