Napoli reaches agreement with Rrahmani on contract extension until 2029
Napoli and Amir Rrahmani have settled on new contract terms. The official announcement is pending.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, the Kosovo international reached an agreement with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis. The extended contract will run until 2029 and is valued at approximately €3.8 million per season. His current contract expires in 2027; this new deal adds two years to that term.
Rrahmani: A key defender for Napoli
This agreement signals Rrahmani's importance to Napoli's strategy. He joined the club in 2020 and has established himself as a regular in defense. This role continues under manager Massimiliano Allegri. This season, Rrahmani has already played six games, contributing one assist over 540 minutes.
The extension also addresses recent transfer speculation. In recent months, Rrahmani attracted interest from clubs in England, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. He previously played for Verona.
His previous contract included an option to extend until 2028. The new agreement solidifies his future with the club for an additional year, removing any uncertainty.
